1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those services.
• Learning Data: Your vocabulary progress, quiz scores, words learned, streak data, and learning preferences.
• Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Grezi Premium, payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store payment card details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including features accessed, time spent learning, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve the learning experience.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Crash Reports: If the App crashes, we collect diagnostic information to fix bugs and improve stability.
• Voice Data: When you use the pronunciation practice feature, your voice is processed locally on your device or through Apple/Google's speech recognition services. We do not store audio recordings.

6.1 Access and Portability

You can view your learning data within the App at any time.

6.2 Correction

You can update your profile information in the App settings.

6.3 Deletion

Reset Progress (keep account): You can delete your learning data while keeping your account by going to Settings → Reset Progress. This clears your word progress, journey history, XP, streaks, and achievements, but keeps your account, preferences, and subscription status.

Delete Account (delete everything): You can delete your account and all associated data by going to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile, learning progress, preferences, and all data. Alternatively, you can request deletion by contacting us at support@grezi.xyz. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Grezi is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@grezi.xyz, and we will delete such information.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
